Creation Process
When starting a new piece I usually just jump right in whether its sculpting, printmaking, fabric design, etc. and just go with what works. I keep a sketchbook but its main purpose is not to help me flush out ideas; instead it is more of an archive of my trials and errors, preference choices for a color or texture, and most importantly an archive of my growth as an artist.
